Jakarta – Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir stipulates Amanah, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative (AKHLAK) as “core values” within the ministry.
“Today I also want to set AKHLAK as a ‘core value’, not just a ‘lips service’, because if we work there must be a ‘core value’ that makes us strong,” said Minister Erick in the launching of the new logo of the Ministry of SOEs at the Ministry of SOEs Office, Jakarta, Wednesday.
He said AKHLAK became the organizational values of the Ministry of BUMN to move forward.
He conveyed one of the points in AKHLAK namely Loyalty, maintaining the image, dignity, and dignity of yourself, fellow colleagues, leaders, the Ministry of SOEs, nation and state.
In addition, he continued, Adaptif, which is able to adapt to changes and must be ready to collaborate.
“We must ensure that strategic projects are carried out as the president announced yesterday in Batang, Central Java. I ask the SOEs involved in Batang to be serious so that the president’s direction in which employment opportunities should occur under conditions like this,” he said.
He added that Indonesia has the power to become a big country in the Asian region.
“We have that power, God willing, I believe with all of our hard work and AKHLAK as the core value of ‘bismillah lillahi taala’, God will facilitate,” said Erick. (Ant)
